How to Find Memory Usage on Ubuntu

Here are a few commands that will help you find memory usage on an Ubuntu system:

 

  • top -o +%MEM
  • cat /proc/meminfo
  • free -m
  • ps -e -o pid,vsz,comm= | sort -n -k 2
